There are many benefits training in Goju-Ryu karate, both tangible and intangible. Our training develops both an individual's physical abilities and mental agility. How do I join?
If you are interested in joining, you are more than welcome to come along and visit one of the clubs to see what it is like. You can then watch a lesson or join in the class. All you need to do is contact us to make any arrangements or visit us on a club scheduled Session.
What to wear?
You just need to put on some large and comfortable clothes, i.e. tracksuit bottoms and a T-Shirt. No shoes required as you will practice in bare foot.
